Where is the data stored?

We're committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their patients. We exclusively use EU-owned cloud infrastructure. All data you record in Fixlinic is stored on servers in Germany and/or France, and these servers are owned by European companies. Your patient's data is encrypted in-transit and at-rest using latest encryption algorithms.

What is Fixlinic Beta programme?

Beta means that Fixlinic is still in the development stages and not the final version. For example, the app might be subject to significant changes, or some critical bugs might need to be corrected.

When is the end of Beta for Fixlinic?

Fixlinic shall leave the beta status towards the end of Q3 2023. At that point, the app will be more stable software with most functionalities implemented to help run your acupuncture practice.
